Coaching Experience
Deep Currents offers personalized coaching in 60- or 90-minute sessions, scheduled weekly, twice monthly, or monthly depending on your needs. We establish clear intentions while remaining responsive to what emerges. Between sessions, you'll engage in practices and reflections to deepen your learning and integration.
Through deep listening, questioning, and supportive challenge, we create space for you to access your own wisdom and bring it into powerful engagement with your life. Sessions honor your whole self—intellect, intuition, creativity, and embodied knowing—as we explore questions of meaning and purpose alongside practical strategies for navigating challenges, making decisions, and building relational capacity.
Coaching Options
Emergent Coaching (4 session minimum)
Relational and co-constructed goal setting. Coaching supports inward investigation to access your wisdom, values, gifts, and joys. We'll identify opportunities to apply that wisdom to your relationships, community engagement, and leadership so you can live and lead with greater alignment.
Living a Purpose Driven Life (8 sessions, 90 minutes each)
Purpose is not a singular thing; it's a way of living guided by your values, what lights you up, your gifts and the needs you care about in the world. Purpose is more than an individual pursuit of introspection; it binds us to each other with empathy and compassion to address the needs in the world that matter. We will also develop strategies and capacities for addressing blocks to purpose and support systems needed to activate a purpose-driven life. In each session we will explore one of the components of purpose. Through exercises and self-reflection, you will investigate and own your unique journey for purpose.
